GRAND FORKS — Police in Grand Forks are still looking for information regarding a fatal hit and run from April and have increased the money reward for any information.

Christina Melvin, 39, was passing through Grand Forks at about 5 a.m. on April 7 when she was hit by a car by I-29 and Demers Ave.

After initially offering $2,500 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction, Grand Forks Police have doubled the amount to $5,000.

Police say the vehicle would likely have front-end damage and was seen driving in the 4500-4600 block of Demers Avenue.
