WEST FARGO — A West Fargo man is facing multiple charges related to threatening to release photos and videos of an underage female acquaintance.
According to court documents, the mother of the female victim contacted police on Monday, July 22 with screenshots of threatening texts sent from Jesse Fisher, 19, of West Fargo to her 16-year-old daughter.
Documents state Fisher threatened the female victim multiple times that he was going to post nude photos and videos of her. Other messages seem to indicate that Fisher knew where the victim was at the time and threatening to post her nudes if she didn't turn on her Life360 app, which tracks the phones location via GPS.
When confronted by police, Fisher first denied sending any threatening messages until police showed him screenshots and he admitted to sending them, according to documents. Fisher told police that he never posted the nudes anywhere and was doing it to get her attention.
He was arrested and is facing charges of possession of prohibited materials, stalking and harassment.
His bail was set to $5,000, and he is restricted from coming within 300 yards of the victim. He will be back in court on Aug. 28.
