MINOT, N.D. — A Minot woman is on the run after being accused of involvement in a stabbing that the Minot Police Department is calling an attempted murder and kidnapping.
The stabbing took place early Thursday morning, June 17, at a hotel in the northwest portion of the city.
Kerviona Bailey, 31, is wanted on warrants for terrorizing, prostitution, felonious restraint and kidnapping after an assault on a 65-year-old man at roughly 3:45 a.m. in a hotel room, police reported.
Arrested in the case on Thursday night, June 17, was Timothy Hagan, a 38-year-old Minot man. Hagan is facing charges of terrorizing, felonious restraint, kidnapping, attempted murder and aggravated assault for his involvement in the incident.
Police said they were all acquaintances.
The victim, who was stabbed multiple times, fled from the room and was found in a common area of the hotel where other hotel guests, staff and a police officer provided first aid until the community ambulance arrived and took him to Trinity Hospital.
Police said the victim was expected to survive.
