FARGO — Police are investigating a report of a flasher who exposed himself to a young girl near two south Fargo elementary schools.
A Fargo man reported that his daughter was walking home from school after 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, when a tall man wearing a hooded sweatshirt, baseball hat and jeans exposed himself to the girl in the 5000 block of 44th Avenue South, according to a news release from the Fargo Police Department. That’s between Osgood and Kennedy elementary schools.
The man was near a newer model of a dark blue four-door Chevrolet Silverado when he approached the girl and pulled down the front of his pants, police said.
The girl ran away from the man and told her father of the incident, the release said. No suspects have been apprehended, according to police.
