FARGO — Clay County deputies arrested a Fargo man accused of driving a stolen vehicle through lawns and fleeing officers in north Fargo Friday, Sept. 24.
Officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of Grandwood Drive North in the Edgewood neighborhood at 9:22 a.m. following a report of a vehicle driving through lawns and on a dike, according to a news release from the Fargo Police Department.
Police found the vehicle near the intersection of 32nd Avenue North and Broadway and attempted to make a traffic stop, but the vehicle fled.
Officers did not pursue the vehicle and instead followed the last direction it was seen heading towards to make sure it did not cause any damage.

The Clay County Jail roster shows Moderow was booked at 10:26 a.m. for possessing/receiving stolen property. He is being held for possession of a stolen vehicle, according to police.
