MOORHEAD — A Moorhead library is getting its first bookmobile since 2004 after a donation from the city, though it is still seeking sponsors for the program.

Lake Agassiz Regional Library is getting a bus after Moorhead's transit manager heard at a city council meeting that the library was searching for one.

The library says it'll use the bus to bring books to children of all ages, where they can checkout and return books, access free Wi-Fi and download audiobooks.

Library director Liz Lynch says the bus will be making stops around Dilworth and Moorhead this summer.
