MOORHEAD — A Fargo man was arrested for DWI after crashing into a construction site outside of the Cullen Hockey Arena.
That crash happened around 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13.
The driver crashed through construction barriers and jammed his SUV into a pile of steel beams and rebar.
Lukas Eggen, 34, refused medical treatment on scene.
After investigating, police determined speed and alcohol both factored into that crash.

Eggen was then arrested and he is being held at the Clay County Jail for 3rd degree DWI.
