FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public that a registered sex offender, Ryan Isaiah Denning, 35, is now residing at 735 14th St. N. in Fargo.
Denning has been deemed a high risk to re-offend, by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee.
Denning is 6-foot-3 and weighs 200 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.
He was convicted in 2000 in Clark County (Wash.) Juvenile Court of attempted indecent liberties involving a 16-year-old female acquaintance, according to Fargo police.
