FARGO - Just before 9 p.m. on Sunday police were called to an apartment on 22nd street south in Fargo, that's about a block away from Cass County Public health.
Gunshots were heard inside and when police got there they found a door open. They set up a perimeter and used a SWAT robot to search the apartment.
They found three empty shell casings on the floor and three bullet holes in the walls.
No one was injured or arrested.
