VALLEY CITY — A Fargo woman was seriously hurt after crashing her motorcycle on Saturday, Aug. 29.
Melisa Banish, 42, was driving downhill while heading eastbound on Interstate 94 when she failed to negotiate a curve, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Banish ran off the roadway and her motorcycle overturned in the median where she came to a stop.
Banish was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
An ambulance took her to a hospital in Valley City before she was flown to Sanford in Fargo.

The extent of her injuries is not known and the crash is under investigation.
