FARGO — An 18-year-old Fargo man has been accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old.
Draven Ashton Unterseher appeared Tuesday, Nov. 29, in Cass County District Court on a felony charge of gross sexual imposition. He faces 20 years in prison if convicted.
Court documents alleged Unterseher sexually assaulted the girl on June 23 when he was 17. The girl was sleeping in her bedroom, court document alleged.
Court documents also claimed Unterseher had sex with a cat in the house, but he is not facing criminal charges for that.
