Fargo man charged with breaking into church to watch porn

A door to the office of St. Paul's Free Lutheran Church was damaged and police collected DNA from hair and semen on a computer keyboard, court documents said.

FARGO — A Fargo man is accused of breaking into St. Paul's Free Lutheran Church and using a church computer to watch pornography.

Desire Konkai Kiadii, 20, faces two counts of felony burglary in Cass County District Court.

According to court documents, Kiadii forced his way into St. Paul’s Free Lutheran Church at 2302 12th St. S. on Jan. 1.

A church staff member reported the burglary and directed police to her laptop which was left on a porn website, according to court documents.

A door to the church office was damaged and police collected DNA from hair and semen on the computer’s keyboard, court documents said.

Kiadii was being held at the Cass County Jail on Thursday, Jan. 26. Court records did not list an attorney for him.

In another case, Kiadii is charged with a felony count of criminal mischief, two felony counts of burglary and a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass.

He's accused of breaking into Gigi's Playhouse on Jan. 13, a center for children with special needs.

Court documents also allege Kiadii broke into the Sanford Southpointe Clinic, 2400 32nd Ave. S., on Dec. 18 and tampered with clinic property, causing damage of more than $2,000.
