Fargo police notify public of sex offender's new address

North Dakota authorities have deemed Clifford Rockwell Moody as having a high risk of re-offending. He is a lifetime registrant.

FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is notifying residents that registered sex offender Clifford Rockwell Moody has moved from 714 College St. N. to 734 College St. N. in Fargo.

North Dakota authorities have deemed Moody as having a high risk of re-offending. He is a lifetime registrant.

Moody, 40, is 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair, police said.

In 2015, Moody was convicted of luring a minor by computer in Burleigh County. In 2001, he was convicted of sexual contact with a child under 16 in Walworth County, South Dakota, according to authorities.
