FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public that registered sex offender Gary Dean Feather Jr. is now living at Centre Inc., 123 15th St. N.
The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee has deemed Feather as a high risk to reoffend. He is a lifetime registrant.
Feather, 46, is 6 feet tall and 215 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, police said.
Feather was convicted of sexual abuse in federal court in 2012, according to police. His victim was an adult female, police said.
