Fargo Police seek public's helping in locating missing teen

FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is asking the public for information to locate a 13-year-old boy that has been missing since Wednesday morning, May 24.

According to police, Edward Cruz-Ibarra was last seen in the 1600 block of 13th Avenue S. at around 8:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Cruz-Ibarra is described as being 4'8" tall, weighing 105 pounds and having brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black pants.

Anyone with information on Cruz-Ibarra's location is asked to call the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701-451-7660. Anonymous tips can also be sent by texting the keyword FARGOPD along with the tip to 847411.
