Fargo police: Sex offender has new address

Bradley James Buller was convicted of stalking in Kidder County in 2020; Ward County in 2019 and Burleigh County in 2011 and 2009, police said. He is a lifetime registrant.

FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public that registered sex offender Bradley James Buller is now living at 735 14th St. N.

State authorities have deemed Buller as a high risk to reoffend.

Buller, 32, is 5-foot-2 and 216 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair, police said.

He was convicted of stalking in Kidder County in 2020; Ward County in 2019 and Burleigh County in 2011 and 2009, police said. He is a lifetime registrant.
