FARGO — A high-risk sex offender has registered a new address in Fargo.
Jamal Joel Anderson, 41, will be living at 734 College St. N., according to a notice from the Fargo Police Department.

Anderson was convicted in 2001 of the corruption/solicitation of a 16-year-old girl. He was also convicted of the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl and aggravated assault of a 17-year-old boy in 1999.
Anderson is a lifetime registrant on the sex offender list.
