FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public of a high-risk sex offender who has registered his new address in a north Fargo neighborhood.
Mark Ebby Williams, 46, registered at 1336 8th Ave. N., police said. He is 5-foot-7 and 195 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, police said.
Williams was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Ward County for crimes against a 15 year old girl in October 2007, police said.
The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee has deemed Williams as having a high risk of re-offending.
He previously lived in Bismarck and is a lifetime registrant, police said.
