FARGO — Some flights out of Fargo have been canceled Thursday, Feb. 23, as blizzard conditions continue to disrupt services around the region. Here's where to go to check the status of flights at Hector International Airport.
Fargo Public Schools have canceled all classes and extracurricular activities for Thursday, Feb. 23, due to forecasted blizzard conditions.
Cancellations include the Early Childhood Special Education pre-school program and the Adult Learning Center, according to Fargo Public Schools.
This school day will not be made up later in the year, according to the district.
West Fargo Public Schools has announced that Thursday will be a remote learning day for students district-wide. Students will join their classes virtually, according to the West Fargo Public Schools' homepage .

All activities are canceled and all facilities are closed, according to their webpage, except for the Hulbert Aquatic Center and the West Fargo Sports Arena, which may remain open for only outside rental clients.
YMCA programming at the Early Childhood Center will stay open, however all after-school care programs offered by the YMCA in school buildings are canceled.
All public and none-public schools in Moorhead will be closed on Thursday. Students will be required to attend school virtually, according to their website ; all activities have been canceled.
Similarly, students in the Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton Public Schools will have an e-learning day on Thursday, according to their website . All activities listed on their website are marked as canceled.

MATBUS will have a delayed 10 a.m. start on Thursday, according to the city of Moorhead. The Ground Transportation Center (GTC) at 502 NP Ave. in Fargo will open at 10 am. Moorhead routes will begin at 10:15 am.
The city of Fargo offices will also delay opening until 10 a.m. on Thursday, according to the city. Offices include City Hall and the fire department.
Clinic services at Fargo Cass Public Health are also slated to begin at 10 a.m.
Garbage and recycling pick-ups will remain on schedule, however delays may arise depending on road conditions, according to the city.

The Fargo Public Library closed at 6 p.m. on Wednesday due to the advancing blizzard. They are scheduled to reopen at 11 a.m. Thursday.
