FARGO — North Dakota State has 13 seniors who are set to play in their final NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision playoffs, starting this weekend.

The Bison (10-1) host Missouri Valley Football Conference foe Southern Illinois (8-4) at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, at Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome in the second round of the playoffs.

That NDSU senior group was recently honored prior to the final game of the regular season at the Fargodome. The Bison earned a No. 2 seed for the FCS playoffs after winning the MVFC championship outright and had a bye last weekend.
