CLEARWATER COUNTY, MN — A former Clearwater County Sheriff's Deputy and school resource officer for Bagley High School has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for having sex with children in school.
35-year old Neil Dolan will serve the 30 year sentence concurrently with the 14 year sentence he's already serving for 2 other sex abuse cases.
One of those other cases was as resource officer, the other was as a boy scout leader.
In April, 2023, Dolan admitted to threatening teens with his gun to keep them quiet.
