FARGO – Local grassroots organization Reform Fargo has partnered with the Center for Election Science, a national, nonpartisan nonprofit, to host a public forum about approval voting.

Approval voting is when a voter can vote for as many candidates as they would like, and the person with the most votes wins, Andrea Denault, education campaign coordinator of the Center for Election Science said.

The public forum is designed to answer questions and educate the public about the options available to voters, she added.

The event will occur from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 22, at Dakota Medical Foundation, 4141 28th Ave. S., Fargo, and is free and open to the public.
