FARGO — The city is conducting an evaluation of the Fargo Land Development Code to identify and address areas of improvement. The report will be presented to the Fargo Planning Commission at a meeting at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, at Fargo City Commission Chambers, 225 Fourth St. N.
Those interested are invited to provide comments and feedback relating to the report, which will be included in the Aug. 4 Planning Commission meeting packet. Those wanting to submit comments are instructed to do so in writing to the Department of Planning and Development by Tuesday, Aug. 11, via Planning@FargoND.Gov.
A quorum of the following boards and commissions may occur at the meeting: Board of City Commissioners, Planning Commission, Arts and Culture Commission, Board of Adjustment, Community Development Committee, Fargo Youth Initiative, Historic Preservation Commission, House Moving Board, Human Relations Commission, Native American Commission, Parking Commission and Renaissance Zone Authority.
