FARGO, N.D. -- Hundreds stopped by Fargo's new city hall for free tours Tuesday evening.
You can see them soaking in the new face of the city.
They got free guided tours of whatever department they wanted to see spanning across the hall's three floors.
Many even took the time to personally meet their city representatives.
We're told moral in the city has gone up since the nearly $30 million project finally opened in the fall.
"It's very efficient as far as energy efficient," said Fargo Mayor Tim Mahoney.
"It's efficient as far as where we placed our departments," he added. "So I think it's a fantastic city hall and I hope everybody enjoys it."
His son Dylan joined in the celebration and he said, "It's pretty big. You can't really get much bigger than this."
Mayor Mahoney says everything and everyone will be moved into the new city hall by January.
