Fargo man dies from May 3 motorcycle crash injuries

FARGO — A Fargo man has succumbed to injuries suffered during a May 3 motorcycle crash, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

Andrew Laborico, 30, was driving a Harley-Davidson southbound on Sheyenne Street in West Fargo approaching the roundabout at 52nd Avenue South when he failed to negotiate a curve, the patrol said.

Laborico and his motorcycle went airborne and struck a retaining wall in the roundabout. He was taken to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo with serious injuries.

Laborico was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, the patrol said. The crash is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
