MercyMe postpones Fargodome concert over coronavirus concerns
FARGO — An upcoming concert here by contemporary Christian group MercyMe has been postponed over coronavirus concerns.
The Fargodome shared a statement from the group Friday afternoon, March 13, saying MercyMe has postponed all remaining dates for its spring tour, including its April 5 concert at the Fargodome.
A news release said currently held tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date, which has not yet been announced. Refunds are available at the point of purchase.
It's the fourth scheduled event so far to be canceled or postponed at the Fargodome. The El Zagal Shrine Circus has been moved back to May 1-3, and a Cher concert scheduled for April 11 was bumped back to Sept. 26. The venue also announced the cancellation of the PRCA Rodeo, which was set to happen March 20 and 21.
