Taren Klein, 13, was riding his bike when a 2012 Subaru Forrester hit him at Eighth Street East and 33rd Avenue East near the Cash Wise grocery store. Authorities said that the boy was not wearing a helmet and was taken to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo.
