UPDATE: Bismarck Tavern shooting suspect arrested in SWAT search at Fargo hotel

Brandon Grant was wanted in connection to the February shooting that left three people hurt.

FARGO — Police have arrested a man who spent a month on the run following a shooting at a downtown Fargo bar.

At approximately 12:30 a.m. Monday, March 22, the Red River Valley SWAT Team conducted a high-risk search warrant at the Hotel deLuxe at 1407 35th St. S. in Fargo.

The Fargo Police Department later confirmed officers arrested 43-year-old Brandon Grant.

Grant was wanted as a suspect in a shooting behind the Bismarck Tavern on Feb. 21.

Cell phone video taken inside the Bismarck Tavern on the night of the shooting appeared to show Grant in an altercation with several individuals before pulling out a gun and following them outside the bar.

Grant is charged with three counts of attempted murder and three county of aggravated assault in connection to the shooting.

Grant's fiancé, Antoinette Rose Rodriguez, was also booked into the Cass County Jail on Monday, March 22, for charges of hindering law enforcement.

Fargo police were seen taking a woman out of the Hotel deLuxe when Grant was taken into custody.
