HORACE, N.D. — A 25-year-old Horace man was being held on three assault charges after an incident at a bar here early Sunday morning, June 28.
Jordan Ryker Pendleton was being held at the Cass County Jail on Monday and is charged with felony aggravated assault and two counts of misdemeanor simple assault, the Cass County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
Authorities identified the victim as 31-year-old Horace resident Marlin Klatt. The sheriff's office did not say what condition Klatt was in on Monday.
The Cass County Sheriff's Office and Cass County State's Attorney's Office plan to hold a news conference to discuss the incident in the coming days, according to the news release.
