HALSTAD, Minn. — The Minnesota State Patrol has identified a Halstad man who died in a crash on Monday, May 9, in Norman County.
Cole Andrew Falconer, 22, was killed when the 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo lost control on a curve on U.S. Highway 75 south of Halstad at about 7:25 p.m.
Calvin Mckay Reinhart, 22, of Hendrum, Minnesota, was also in the vehicle and sustained life-threatening injuries, according to the patrol. He was taken to a hospital in Fargo for treatment.
Falconer was not wearing a seat belt when the crash occurred. Airbags did not deploy in the car.
Road conditions at the time of the crash were dry.
