FARGO — A Park Rapids, Minnesota, man was airlifted to a Fargo hospital after a crash in Becker County on Monday afternoon, Jan. 17.
At about 2:30 p.m., the Becker County Sheriff's Office received notice of a single vehicle crash that had trapped a person at the intersection of County Road 26 and West Straight Lake Avenue. Emergency personnel said the vehicle's driver, identified as Dillon James Jackson, 29, had driven off the road at a curve and hit a utility pole.
Jackson was extricated from his vehicle and flown to Sanford Hospital in Fargo by North Memorial Aircare. His condition as of Monday evening was unknown.
Also responding to the incident were the Park Rapids Fire Department and Carsonville Fire/Rescue.
