City of Moorhead seeks residents to fill vacant board seats

The Ward 4 seat on the Charter Commission, the Planning Commission's Ward 2 seat and the at-large and Ward 1 seats within the Park Advisory Board are all vacant.

MOORHEAD — The city of Moorhead is looking for curious and engaged residents to apply for multiple vacancies within the Charter Commission, Planning Commission and Park Advisory Board.

The Ward 4 seat on the Charter Commission, the Planning Commission's Ward 2 seat and the at-large and Ward 1 seats within the Park Advisory Board are all vacant.

Eligible applicants must reside in Moorhead. For ward-specific seats, applicants must also reside in that ward. At-large seat applicants may live in any ward. The individuals selected would be eligible for reappointment at the expiration of the term.

Those interested in applying can visit the city of Moorhead website and can learn about each board and commission at www.cityofmoorhead.com/government/boards-commissions.

Applications will be accepted until filled. Questions can be directed to the city clerk at 218-299-5304.
