A permit with conditions for controversial Moorhead nightclub

MOORHEAD — A Moorhead nightclub that has faced numerous early setbacks since opening their doors in mid-February received a needed boost Monday, March 27 from city leaders.

The Moorhead City Council unanimously voted to approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the Classic Touch Lounge to operate their 4,220-square-foot nightclub next to a residential neighborhood during their meeting on Monday.
