WEST FARGO — Fire crews responded to an apartment building at 2915 Bluestem Drive late Wednesday night, Sept. 28, to put out part of a deck that was on fire.

According to the West Fargo Fire Department, the call came in at 10:42 p.m. Wednesday, and when they arrived, there was a small fire on the balcony of a second-floor apartment. Full story here.

DETROIT LAKES — Steve and Stacy Stearns had just celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary last week.

TORONTO — After seven games and eight days without a home run, Aaron Judge made history Wednesday.

After 34 plate appearances, which included being walked 13 times, Yankees slugger hammered his 61st home run of the season off Blue Jays’ lefty Tim Mayza at the Rogers Centre to tie the American League single-season home run record. The record was set by Roger Maris of Fargo. Full story here.
