"As they came up to the door they told him police department come out with your hands up, and he walked out with his hand up and was all bloody and stuff," said neighbor Jeb Bonsall.

A 24-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
His name has not been released.

Lovaas is being held on an attempted murder charge.

Neighbors say the men are friends.

"Like an hour before they were outside, it seemed like they were kind of laughing and joking around with each other," said Bonsall. Full story here.
