No Travel Advisory issued for northeastern North Dakota due to winter weather

Motorists advised not to travel due to icy conditions and low visibility.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation and North Dakota Highway Patrol issued a No Travel Advisory for portions of northeastern North Dakota due to near zero visibility and ice-covered roadways at 6 p.m. Sunday night.

A No Travel Advisory means that motorists should not travel due to hazardous conditions which may make it unsafe to travel.

Cities included in this advisory are Grand Forks, Grafton, Pembina, and surrounding areas.
