Central North Dakota man injured in ATV rollover

The driver was not wearing a helmet and faces charges for driving under the influence in relation to the crash.

RIVERDALE, N.D. — A 38-year-old man was seriously injured in a rollover ATV crash about 7 p.m. Saturday, July 2, in Riverdale.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol:

Wyatt Eisenbraun, of Riverdale, was northbound on Dakota Avenue in the town about 67 miles north of Bismarck when he lost control of his ATV near the intersection with Wyoming Street.

The ATV and rolled into the east ditch. Eisenbraun was airlifted to Sanford Hospital in Bismarck with serious injuries from the crash.

He was not wearing a helmet and was faces charges for driving under the influence in relation to the crash, which remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
