Rural Cass County residents encouraged to attend flood information meetings

Meetings this week will be held in Kindred on Wednesday and Harwood on Thursday.

FARGO — Cass County government officials are inviting residents to attend public information meetings about upcoming flood fight efforts in areas where there is potential for significant flooding this spring.

The first meeting will be Wednesday, March 29, from 7 to 8 p.m. at Kindred High School, 255 Dakota St.

The second meeting will be Thursday, March 30, from 7 to 8 p.m. at Harwood Community Center, 210 Freedland Drive.

At the meetings, Cass County officials will give a presentation and answer questions from residents. For more information, visit www.casscountynd.gov/flood.
