One cited, another facing citations after three-car crash

A teen girl driver ran a red light, hitting two other cars Monday morning, June 14, according to Fargo police.

FARGO — A teen girl was cited, and a man is facing citations after a three-car crash near the Applebee's restaurant on 13th Avenue South Monday morning, June 14.

According to Fargo police, the teen girl ran a red light, hitting two other cars shortly after 10 a.m. Monday.

She was cited for running the red light, which is a $20 fine.

Police said a man who was driving one of the other cars left the area after the crash, and he'll be cited for leaving the scene and driving without a license.

Another man, who was a passenger in one of the cars, had to be taken to the hospital.

No one else was seriously hurt.
