FARGO -- A car is on its side and a portion of 12th Ave N is blocked to traffic after a collision on Wednesday morning, April 7.

Red River Regional Dispatch confirmed it received a report of the crash at 7:20 a.m..

Fargo Police have the roadway blocked from 41st St N to 45th St N while tow trucks work to clear the area.
