SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — A 32-year-old Sioux Falls man is in jail after being arrested and charged with stabbing a woman to death over the weekend after an apparent fight over drugs.
William Christopher Little was arrested in Wagner on Sunday, Aug. 23, by a Minnehaha County Fugitive Task Force and returned to Sioux Falls, where he faces charges of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter.
Sioux Falls police spokesman Sam Clemens said last Friday night there was a disagreement with people trying to buy drugs and it's believed Little stabbed 20-year-old Roseanne Eagleroad of Sioux Falls.
Eagleroad was dropped off near a closed convenience store in northwest Sioux Falls and Little left the scene, police said.
The arrest warrant was issued Saturday and Little was taken into custody without incident in Wagner, about 110 miles southwest of Sioux Falls.
