FARGO — The Fargo Police Department notified the public Friday, May 31, that a convicted sex offender found to have a high risk of offending again is living in Fargo.
Police said Ryan Isaiah Denning, 35, now resides at 734 College St. N. The 6-foot-3-inch man weighs 200 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. Local authorities announced in March that Denning was living at 735 14th St. N., Fargo.
On May 11, 2000, Denning was convicted in a Washington juvenile court of attempted indecent liberties/forcible compulsion with a 16-year-old female acquaintance and is now required to register for life.
