FARGO — The Fargo‐Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments will host a virtual public feedback meeting on the Agassiz Greenway Recreation Master Plan on Tuesday, June 16, from noon to 1 p.m.
The meeting will include a presentation followed by a Q&A session where people can submit their questions for the project team. Community members can register to participate in the meeting via Zoom (information at www.fmmetrocog.org ) or watch via Facebook Live.
The Agassiz Greenway Recreation Master Plan will provide a framework for the development of recreational concepts that would parallel the F-M Area Diversion Project.
The draft greenway plan envisions an interconnected system of regional trail networks and recreation features that link communities. A draft of the recreation plan is available for public review.
Metro COG has also developed a brief survey to determine what features and amenities are important to the community. The survey and draft plan will be available on Metro COG’s website until July 10.
