Sheriff's office notifies public about high-risk sex offender

Cass County Sheriff's Office notifies the public about a high-risk sex offender in a press release via their Facebook page Wednesday, Sept. 30.

Martin B. Torres, a high-risk sex offender has moved to a new address in West Fargo, said the Cass County Sheriff's Office.

WEST FARGO — Cass County Sherriff's Office reports 56-year-old Martin B. Torres, a high-risk sex offender has moved to a new address.

Torres — described as 5-foot, 4-inch man, weighing 250 pounds with black hair and brown eyes — has moved to 1805 Main Ave. W. Lot #6.

Torres has multiple convictions, one from 2017 in Walsh County District Court for forcing sexual contact with a female, aged between 7 and 11 years old. His earlier conviction happened in 1988 at the Grand Forks County District Court for solicitation of a minor by trying to lure juvenile females to his vehicle.
