KILLDEER, N.D. -- A 49-year-old Texas man has died in a rollover crash about one mile north of Killdeer in far western North Dakota.

Billy Galloway of Livingston, Texas, died in the crash about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, when he apparently failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, went into the ditch and rolled his vehicle, said the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

Galloway and a passenger, John Roberson, 48, of Henderson, Texas, weren’t wearing their seat belts and were fully ejected from the 2001 Ford F-150 pickup, said the Patrol.

Roberson suffered injuries and was taken to CHI-St. Alexius hospital in Dickinson by the Killdeer ambulance.

Galloway died at the scene, said the Patrol.
