Kristin Diede's husband, Clyde spent a night in the Logan County jail on Dec 23, 1995 after refusing to supply a hair sample to then Sheriff Steven Engelhardt. The offense is listed as #26, 'offense not listed.' Diede later agreed to the request for the sample and was released.
