GRAND FORKS — A police chase Sunday night, Jan. 12, ended with three people facing charges.
38-year-old Christopher McPhail, 44-year-old Jesse Allard and 28-year-old Karin Alley are all booked at Grand Forks County Corrections.
All three are facing a drug paraphernalia charge.
McPhail, who was driving the car, is also booked for fleeing, reckless endangerment, driving under suspension, and possession of marijuana.
Just before 8 p.m. Sunday, officers tried to pull over a car for driving the wrong direction down a street about five blocks northwest of downtown.

The chase ended on Washington Street when the car got stuck in a snowbank.
There was a fourth person in the car who was not charged.
