MAPLETON, N.D. — A public input meeting will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Mapleton Community Center, 651 2nd St. The meeting will be open house format.

The purpose of meeting will be to discuss proposed improvements for the upcoming bridge replacement projects over the Maple River, west of Mapleton. The project consists of replacing the twin bridges on east/westbound Interstate 94 at mile 337.335 and the bridge on U.S. Highway 10 at mile 9.983. Representatives from the North Dakota Department of Transportation will be present to address questions and concerns.

If unable to attend the Public Input Meeting, written statements or comments must be mailed by Oct. 9 to Randall Sandvig, Bridge Division, NDDOT, 608 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck, ND 58505-0700 or rsandvig@nd.gov with “Public Input Meeting” in the email subject heading.
