Man arrested on warrants after reports of lighting boards on fire
Fargo Police arrested a man in the early morning of June 10 on warrants after reports of him lighting boards on fire.

UPDATE: The man arrested in the incident has been identified.

Joshua Sather, 39, of Moorhead initially gave police a false name when they arrested him, according to Fargo Police Sergeant Brent Halverson.

The name Sather initially provided police officers was someone with a warrant for arrest.

But Sather also had a warrant out for his arrest as well, Halverson said.

Sather is being held in the Cass County Jail on charges of giving false information and possession of drug paraphernalia.
