BISMARCK, N.D. — The Silver Alert activated Wednesday evening, Feb. 3, has been canceled.
70-year-old Theodore Heath, who walked away from a Bismarck assisted living facility, has been found safe.
It was believed that he was on foot and not dressed for the cold weather.
But Thursday morning the North Dakota Highway Patrol canceled the alert, saying Heath was located north of Bismarck by law enforcement and is safe.
